Attendance data is automatically cross-referenced against timesheet submissions at the close of each timesheet cycle. Discrepancies — hours claimed vs hours recorded at clock-in/out — surface automatically for manager review. No manual reconciliation required.
Location awareness is configurable. You can enable location capture at clock-in/out for on-site roles, or leave it disabled for remote or hybrid employees. Configuration is per project or per employee type.
