Gigin Workforce — Timesheets
Timesheets submitted. Manager approved. Client signed off. Payroll ready.
Gigin Workforce timesheets run on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cycles per project. Multi-layer approval: manager first, then client for billable work. Approved hours update project budgets in real time. Accessible from any browser — no app download.
Clock In Without the Chase
Workers log hours from any device — mobile, tablet, or desktop. No paper trails, no chasing timesheets on a Friday afternoon.
One-Click Manager Approval
Timesheets route to the right approver automatically. Managers review, approve, or flag discrepancies in a single click — no email threads.
Payroll-Ready Hour Exports
Approved hours export directly to your payroll or finance tool in the format it expects. Cut billing cycles from days to minutes.
Gia Flags Anomalies Early
Gia spots overtime creep, missing entries, and duplicate submissions before they reach payroll — so disputes stay off your desk.
How the approval flow works
| Step | Who acts | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Submission | Employee | Employee submits timesheet at the end of the configured cycle period. Submitted from any browser — mobile, tablet, or desktop. |
| Manager approval | Internal manager | Manager receives notification and approves or rejects the submission. Rejection includes a reason returned to the employee for correction. |
| Client approval | Client approver | For billable work, the client approver receives a notification and approves via a secure link. No client account setup required. |
| Budget update | System | Approved hours update the project budget in real time. Billed hours update on the client record simultaneously. |
| Payroll export | System / payroll team | Approved timesheets are included in the payroll export for the period. Compatible with Keka, Darwinbox, ADP, Gusto, and others. |
