Voice AI Agent — frequently asked
No. Voice AI Agent is the infrastructure layer within GIA Assessment. It powers the calls — you don't configure or purchase it separately. It is accessible through the GIA Assessment and Assessment Hub pages.
Voice AI is trained across regional accent variations in all supported languages. It does not penalise accent or speaking pace in scoring — only the content of responses is evaluated.
Gia is configured per role type for one assessment language. If a candidate code-switches during the call, Gia continues in the configured language and notes the language behaviour in the assessment summary.
If a call drops, Gia reschedules the attempt and the candidate receives a follow-up message explaining the technical issue. The partial call data is retained.
