GIA Loops & Workflows
Build the hiring process once. Gia runs it every time.
Define your assessment criteria, outreach sequence, and escalation rules for a role type. Gia executes that workflow on every application - consistently, at any hour, without a recruiter triggering each step.
Briefed Once, Runs Every Time
Define the sourcing and assessment workflow once per role type. Gia follows the same sequence every time that role type opens — no re-configuring, no briefing from scratch.
Autonomous Loop Execution
Gia runs each step of the loop without waiting for recruiter prompts — source, contact, assess, score, shortlist. The recruiter reviews the output, not the process.
Threshold-Based Shortlisting
Set your score threshold in the brief. Gia stops the loop when enough candidates have met the bar — no over-sourcing, no shortlist padding, no guessing when to stop.
Reusable Role Templates
Save a loop template for every role type you hire regularly. Open a new req and the loop is pre-loaded — criteria, sources, thresholds, and sequence all ready.
What is GIA Loops?
GIA Loops is recruiting workflow automation software that enables talent teams to configure multi-step hiring workflows once and execute them automatically across every candidate-triggered by candidate actions, timelines, or hiring milestones without manual intervention.
How it works
Loop elements
Every GIA Loop is made up of six configurable elements.
Configuring assessment criteria for every new role posting - recruiter triggers each step manually
GIA Loops save the full workflow per role type - Gia executes it on every future application
Configure once per role type. Gia runs every application automatically
Loop setup: ~30 minutes for the first role type
- 1. Define role criteria - 10 min
- 2. Set the question set - 10 min
- 3. Configure branching - 5 min
- 4. Set timeout rules - 2 min
- 5. Test the loop - 5 min
- 6. Activate and deploy - immediate
Subsequent role types: 10–15 minutes each.

US role type templates
A GIA Loop configured in 30 minutes runs on every future role of that type without additional recruiter setup. The first configuration is the only configuration.
Platform
How GIA Loops connects to the platform
Assessment calls are the core action inside most loops.
Resume screening can be configured as a first step before the assessment call.
Outreach and follow-up sequences run as part of the loop.
Candidates who exit a loop are captured in the talent pool for future re-engagement.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Running Gia on each role individually means the recruiter configures the assessment criteria for every new role posting. A GIA Loop saves that configuration as a reusable workflow for a role type — every Sales AE posting uses the same loop, every Engineering posting uses its own. The recruiter sets it up once; Gia runs it on every future role of that type without additional configuration.
Yes. You can create separate loops for 'Sales AE — Mid-Market' and 'Sales AE — Enterprise' with different question sets, different scoring criteria, and different compensation ranges. The loop is matched to the role at the point of activation, not automatically applied.
Candidates already in the loop continue with the criteria that were active when they entered. The updated criteria apply only to new candidates who enter the loop after the update. This prevents inconsistent assessment within the same role's candidate set.
Yes. A loop can be triggered by a sourcing approval — when a recruiter approves a profile from Smart Sourcing, Gia initiates the same assessment workflow as it would for an inbound applicant. Passive and active candidates are assessed on the same criteria.
There is no limit on simultaneous active loops. Gigin's infrastructure scales with your volume. Running 50 loops across 50 open roles is the same as running one.
Yes. The Hiring Suite shows the current status of every candidate in every loop — which step they are at, whether Gia has called, what the score was, and what the next step is. You can audit any individual candidate's loop history from their workspace.
Human-in-the-loop refers to the points in a loop where Gia pauses and waits for recruiter input before proceeding. In the standard loop, this happens at the shortlist delivery point — Gia delivers the shortlist, the recruiter reviews it, and the recruiter decides which candidates advance. The recruiter can also add manual review points at any other stage in the loop configuration.
