Frequently asked questions
Payroll Export generates compatible file formats for each supported platform. For Keka, Darwinbox, GreytHR, RazorpayX, ADP, and Gusto, the export file is imported directly into the payroll system. API-based direct integration is on the product roadmap — contact us to discuss your integration requirements.
The payroll export includes approved timesheet hours, attendance records, and approved expense reimbursements for the period. Only submissions that have completed the full approval chain are included — partial approvals are excluded.
Yes. You can run a payroll export at any time for approved submissions. Submissions approved after a mid-cycle export will be included in the next export run. Each export is timestamped and retained for audit purposes.
