Recruitment Plan

Brief Gia once. Gia runs the role from there.

The Recruitment Plan is the role brief that drives everything — assessment criteria, scoring weights, candidate outreach, and shortlist thresholds. Configure it once per role type, and Gia applies it consistently to every candidate, every time.

How plans work in practice

Role types, not individual roles

One plan per role type

Create a Sales AE plan, a Customer Service plan, a Logistics Coordinator plan. Individual roles within the type inherit the plan — with minor overrides available per posting.

Live updates apply forward

Updated criteria apply to new candidates immediately. Candidates already in the pipeline retain their original score — no retroactive reassessment confusion.

Low match rate alerts

Gia flags when no candidates are meeting the threshold — and suggests specific adjustments to threshold, location range, or skill weightings so you can course-correct fast.
