Assessment

One call. Four layers of candidate insight.

Gia's assessment call is not a screening call. It is a structured evaluation that produces four distinct outputs from a single 10-minute conversation: a role-fit score, an English language proficiency indicator, a situational response profile, and a full transcript - all delivered to the recruiter before anyone on the team has spoken to the candidate.

Auto-Score Against Your Brief

Gia scores every submission against the role brief you set - not a generic rubric. You get ranked shortlists, not raw stacks of answers.

Multi-Format Question Library

Mix MCQ, video response, coding challenges, and scenario tasks in one assessment. Build once, reuse across every role that shares a skill profile.

Timed Links, Zero Chasing

Send a single assessment link with a deadline and attempt limit. Gia tracks completions and flags no-shows so you never manually follow up.

Side-by-Side Candidate Comparison

Pull two or more candidates into a split-view scorecard to compare answers, scores, and completion time at a glance - before committing to an interview slot.
