Yes. Gigin provides an embeddable widget for teams who want job listings to appear on their existing careers page, with applications routing into Gigin. Alternatively, a standalone career page at a custom subdomain (e.g. careers.yourcompany.com) is available.
If candidates apply through a non-Gigin application form, those applications do not automatically enter Gigin's assessment workflow. For full Gia automation, applications need to arrive through the Gigin career page or via one of the integrated job boards. Teams typically redirect their careers page to the Gigin career page or use the embedded widget.
Yes. Default fields are name, email, CV/resume, and optional cover letter. Custom questions can be added at the role level — useful for roles with specific upfront requirements (location confirmation, shift availability, licence status).
