What is Analytics Dashboard?
Analytics Dashboard is a recruiting analytics platform that provides real-time reporting on pipeline velocity, source quality, time-to-hire, and team performance-enabling talent acquisition leaders to make data-driven decisions without manual reporting.
How it works
What the analytics dashboard tracks
No visibility into which boards perform, where candidates drop off, or what's slowing hiring
Analytics dashboard tracks source quality, pipeline velocity, and stage drop-off in real time
Real-time - no manual updates. Source performance by board. Drop-off analysis by stage
Pipeline metrics
Candidates by stage, across all active roles. Time spent in each stage. Drop-off rate per stage - where candidates are falling out and why.
Source performance
Which boards and sourcing channels produce the best shortlists, not just the most applications. Cost-per-shortlist by source.
Time-to-fill
Time-to-fill per role type - from req approval to offer acceptance. Compare across role types and across time periods.
Assessment analytics
Assessment call completion rates, score distributions per role type, shortlist conversion rates. See where the GIA Assessment criteria need tuning.
What happens on each side
Gia collects the data. You read the story.

FAQ
Common questions about the analytics dashboard
Reports update automatically as events occur in Gigin. There is no end-of-week data pull, no BI tool configuration, and no spreadsheet to maintain. The dashboard is current the moment you open it.
Yes. Analytics data can be exported via CSV or via API for integration with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or HRIS platforms. The export format and API schema are documented in the Gigin developer documentation.
Time-to-hire in Gigin is measured from job requisition creation date to offer acceptance date — the full cycle. You can also view sub-components: time-to-approval, time-to-first-shortlist, time-to-interview, and time-to-offer. Each component helps identify where the pipeline is slowest.
Yes. Gia performance metrics are a distinct section in the analytics dashboard — call completion rate, average candidate score per role type, shortlist match rate, and time-to-shortlist. This data helps identify whether Gia's criteria need adjusting for a specific role type.
Shortlist match rate measures the percentage of candidates on Gia's shortlist that the recruiter and hiring manager actually advance to the interview stage. A high match rate (above 80%) means Gia's criteria are well-calibrated. A low match rate signals that the assessment criteria need adjustment — either because they are too broad, too narrow, or missing a key dimension. Tracking this metric is how teams improve Gia's performance over time.
Yes. Access controls determine what each role sees. Recruiters see their own pipeline data. Heads of TA see team-wide analytics. CHROs and VPs can see the full dashboard. Hiring managers see only the roles they are involved in. Analytics views are not shared across teams without explicit access grants.
Historical data is available from the date your organisation activated Gigin. There is no data limit by time — the longer you use Gigin, the more historical context the analytics have for benchmarking.
