Native ATS & Tracking
The ATS is already included.
Full pipeline tracking, candidate workspace, interview scheduling, and team collaboration - built into every Gigin plan. No add-on. No plugin. No spreadsheet running alongside it.
Pipeline Stages
Customisable pipeline stages from Applied → Shortlisted → Interviewing → Offer → Hired. Every role, every team, one view.
Candidate Workspace
Every candidate has a full profile — Gia's assessment notes, engagement history, CV, interview feedback — all in one place.
Team Collaboration
Add notes, assign reviewers, tag teammates and share feedback — recruiters and hiring managers aligned without email chains.
No Extra Cost
The ATS is not an add-on. Every Gigin plan includes full pipeline tracking, candidate management and team workspace — nothing extra to buy.
What is Native ATS & Tracking?
Native ATS & Tracking is an applicant tracking system built into Gigin that manages every candidate, hiring stage, interview, and offer in one place-giving recruiters and hiring managers full pipeline visibility without a separate or third-party tool.
How it works
What the native ATS covers
Pipeline tracking in spreadsheets - no team visibility, ATS costs extra, collaboration is email chains
Native ATS is built into Gigin - full pipeline tracking, candidate workspace, team collaboration included
Included in every plan. Full pipeline tracking. Team collaboration built in
Pipeline tracking
Every candidate moves through stages - Sourced → Assessed → Shortlisted → Interview → Offer → Hired/Declined. Stages are configurable per role type.
Candidate workspace
Each candidate has a workspace - assessment notes, call transcripts, stage history, team comments, and all communication history in one place.
Interview scheduling
Gia coordinates interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers. Calendar integrations with Google and Outlook keep availability current.
Team collaboration
Hiring managers can review candidates, leave structured feedback, and approve or decline directly from the ATS. Recruiters see all feedback in the candidate workspace.
What happens on each side
Gia runs the pipeline. You watch it move.
What Gia does
What you see
Candidates qualified by Gia appear directly in the pipeline with their assessment scores, notes, and engagement history - no manual data entry required.
Platform
How Native ATS connects to the platform
Assessment results and transcripts flow directly into the candidate workspace.
ATS data syncs bi-directionally with Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, and Workday.
Pipeline analytics draw from ATS stage data in real time.
Candidates who exit the ATS pipeline are retained in the talent pool.
FAQ
Common questions about the native ATS
It is a full ATS — pipeline management, candidate workspace, structured feedback, team collaboration, interview scheduling, offer tracking, and reporting. It is not a lightweight pipeline tracker. The comparison to Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby shows feature parity on the core capabilities that matter to most mid-market recruiting teams.
Yes. Hiring managers and interviewers can complete structured feedback forms tied to the role's criteria. Feedback is captured in the candidate workspace alongside Gia's assessment notes. The scorecard format is configurable per role type.
Yes. Each role type can have its own pipeline stage configuration. A technical role might have Applied, Screen, Technical Interview, Panel, Offer. A sales role might have Applied, Assessment Call, Culture Interview, Offer. Default templates are provided; recruiters customise them.
Yes. Roles are scoped to location, business unit, or hiring team — and each team can have its own pipeline configuration and reporting view. A Head of TA can see all roles across all teams; a recruiter sees their own roles. Enterprise plans include cross-team analytics.
For HRIS integrations (Workday, ADP, and others), accepted offer data — candidate name, role, compensation, start date — is pushed to the HRIS system on offer acceptance. The specific fields and mapping are configured during integration setup. No manual data entry required.
Gigin maintains an audit log of every pipeline decision — advance, decline, or hold — with timestamps and the user who made the decision. This supports adverse action documentation requirements. Your legal team should review the specific EEOC compliance requirements for your organisation and roles; Gigin's audit log provides the data you need for documentation purposes.
No. Gigin uses a credit-based pricing model — credits are consumed by Gia's actions (assessment calls, sourcing searches, outreach). The ATS itself — pipeline management, candidate workspace, team collaboration, and reporting — is included in every plan with no per-seat fee. All team members (recruiters, hiring managers, HR ops) can access the platform.
