Yes. When an employee is added from Gigin's hiring pipeline, their candidate record — name, contact details, role, and offer information — populates the employee record automatically. No re-entry required.
Offboarding closes out active assignments, triggers the final timesheet period, and initiates document return. The employee record moves to archived status on completion. Billing and payroll records are retained for the configured retention period.
