What your results show

Screening hours saved per month

Total hours Gia removes from your team's screening workload monthly — across all open roles.

Annual hours saved per recruiter

Per-recruiter version — useful for individual productivity conversations.

Estimated stack cost savings

Annual cost of your current tool stack vs estimated Gigin credit cost for your volume.

Time-to-fill improvement

Projected improvement — based on Gia's 3-minute vs your current average first contact. First-touch lag reduction only, not total workflow improvement.

Annual productivity value

Dollar value of the hours saved — calculated at your recruiter fully-loaded cost.

How the numbers are calculated

Calculation transparency.

Every output formula is shown because the visitor needs to trust the number enough to put it in front of their CHRO. A black-box ROI calculator produces a number no buyer will use internally.

Output Formula
Screening hours saved/month (Calls per role × minutes per call × open roles) ÷ 60
Annual hours saved per recruiter (Monthly hours saved × 12) ÷ team size
Stack cost savings Current tool spend − estimated Gigin credit block for your volume
Time-to-fill improvement Conservative estimate based on 3-minute first contact vs your current baseline — the first-touch lag reduction only, not total workflow improvement
Annual productivity value (Annual hours saved ÷ 2,080 annual work hours) × recruiter fully-loaded cost

Common questions

Questions about the calculator.

The defaults are industry averages — 20 calls per role, 15 minutes per call, 28-day time-to-fill — sourced from published recruiting benchmarks. The stack cost savings use conservative estimates. You can change every input to your actual numbers. If your screening call rate is 15 per role, not 20, the calculator uses 15. The output is only as accurate as the inputs you provide.

It does not ask for your email to show you the results — you see the live calculation as you adjust inputs. It asks for your email only if you want to save or receive the summary. The email triggers a follow-up from the Gigin sales team — the calculation is the opening of that conversation, not a close.

The most common reason for an unexpectedly high output: the default recruiter fully-loaded cost ($75,000/yr) is applied if you do not change it. If your recruiter average cost is different, update that input. Also check your screening calls per role — if your team is more efficient than the 20-call default, reduce that number. The calculation is only as accurate as the inputs.

Yes — that is exactly what it is designed for. The email summary you receive includes the full breakdown, the formula behind each number, and a note on conservative vs optimistic assumptions. Most teams who use this calculator use the conservative assumption set for internal business cases.

The on-screen results are visible immediately and can be screenshotted or screen-shared directly. The email summary provides a formatted PDF version that is easier to share in a leadership presentation.
