Most AI Hiring Tools Record What Happened. Gia Executes the Workflow.
Most AI hiring tools record what happened. Gia executes the workflow.
This is the distinction that matters.
An ATS records that a resume was submitted. An AI layer on top might parse the resume and extract keywords. A chatbot might ask the candidate a few questions.
But the recruiter still has to review. Still has to call. Still has to assess. Still has to log. Still has to coordinate. The AI helped, but the work didn't go away.
Agentic AI is different. It doesn't assist with one step. It executes defined workflows.
Resume arrives. Screened in seconds against the job specification. Pass or fail. Call placed to the candidate within minutes. Structured assessment conducted across capability, motivation, and fit. When answers are vague, the AI probes for depth. When a must-have fails, the call ends cleanly. When assessment is complete, the shortlist lands in the recruiter's dashboard with scores, transcripts, and reasoning.
The recruiter's first touchpoint is a verified, assessed, scored candidate. Not a raw application.
This is where the category is going. Not AI features bolted onto old workflows. But AI agents that execute the workflow so recruiters can focus on judgment, relationships, and decisions.
The companies building point-solution AI (just screening, just chatbot, just scheduling) will eventually need to connect them all. The companies building full-stack agentic systems are already there.
This is what we're building at Gigin. This is what Gia does in production today.
